"The hotel really excelld in everything; the suites were clean and were attended for cleaning everyday of the week. Staff were just lovely and very helpful, they try their best to make you feel at home and are always there to help you. The location of the property is superb with nearly everything within reach including restaurants, shopping, groceries, electronics and computers. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My stay was to be 2 days . Air condition didn't work in the first room after one hour maintenance showed up. After 30 minutes it stopped working. Moved to another room which was on the front of the hotel and the traffic was horrendous, the noise was crazy and I was not able to sleep I left early and checked out the day early. No refund was given. Management called and offered me one free night that would expire in 90 days. I consider that the one day that I already paid for. Management wasn't giving me anything for my inconvenience just honoring the one night I already paid for. Ridiculous 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄"
