"The room was clean, with tiled floors, which I loved. It was a littttleee dated but nothing overtly bad about that. I booked the villa which was basically two adjoining rooms for a family of 4, and it was so spacious! I could see 6 adults EASILY sharing the space. The private beach of the properly was a little pebbly, but there is an easily accessible more "public" beach with the typical soft, white Caribbean sand. The restaurants on site were all pretty good, as was the included buffet breakfast if you purchase as part of your package. I found that SUPER worth it. The gym was great, so much versitility. The pool was nice but with the beach right there I never used it."
"You can’t beat being on the beach and we went during low season which was great. Umbrellas and beds were included. I’m gluten free so bar food at some of the places didn’t have fulfilling options. The shower in the bathroom was outdated and moldy floor. I always wore flip flops. The bed was firm and the sheets felt nice and crisp. The floors could be cleaner since after a cleaning day still saw hair on floor. Although told front desk and they had someone clean the floors. There was construction going on in our building which was disruptive in the mornings before we left for the day. The resort wasn’t full so not sure why they put all our 3 rooms there. Souvenir shops and great mini mart for was great that even had milk, eggs, cheese, deli meats, and lots more. The staff is hit or miss. We are used to the US where customer service is over the top with greetings and smiles all the time. Staff at front desk and concierge needs to be aware of customers coming up as they are preoccupied. Also, be great if they provides more details without asking. There are convenient golf carts to take to the lobby or other on campus places. All you do is call the front desk. Secure campus with security guards everywhere and controlled car entry. Overall, decent place to stay."
