The beach club was fabulous and food was great! We were treated like royalty! Truly impressed and will definitely visit again! Scalea has beautiful beaches and now one of our favorite spots! "

"What a lovely experience to be in a restored 11th century castle. The restaurant has a limited menu but you will not be disappointed. Everything is homemade including pastas and local cheese production. Italian meats are made during the slow season by the workers at the hotel. The view of the valley from the back door of the dining room is spectacular. This is a hidden jewel in Calabria. "

The service was excellent, sitting by the pool was great, and the hotel gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Also conveniently the path to walk up to the Redeemer Statue is just steps away and takes less than an hour. "
