The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.
