Great stay. The service is the 1st thing that jump out in this place. It is just outstanding from the moment you enter and during the stay. More about it later. The rooms are beautiful with everything a man needs. Great bed, shower, mini-kitchen, and of course the view. Parking and location is also great. If I needed to change something I would just suggest to replace the chair with a backrest chair for people that need to work. I did have some issues with the hot water, but here the service...

Location with ocean view was unexpected at such a reasonable price. I was in the two bedroom unit and not only could I see the ocean from two different angles, there was also a private balcony! The place was warm and toasty with effective heaters, and I appreciated that even the kitchen knives were sharp. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and there was even a library of good books in the reception office that I could borrow. We stayed for three nights.

I don't need to say much about this amazing hotel. The location is incredibly convenient to downtown Queenstown. You can walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife. All of the staff are attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in had a top-notch bed and luxurious sheets. The floors in the bathroom are heated, as is the towel rack. There was a TV in the bathroom for the tub area. It isn't the cheapest hotel in town, but for the price it is worth it and then some.
