"Koia resort is a beautiful hotel, we had a deluxe suite with sea view and private pool (room 402). The room has an amazing window from the bedroom to the sea view, with a large terrace and massive private pool. The room gets sun over the pool until about 4pm in July. "I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. "As a female lone traveller i tried to contact Lido Star, Plus Hotels and Expedia regarding the appauling recent trip advisor reviews of this hotel. Make sure you check dates of reviews in 2020 it seemed fine. In 2024 people are sent to other hotels, there were pics of blood on the sheets etc. As i was arriving in the dark , called and emailed for reassurance - no response.
