Clean, great breakfast, location, great staff.

This is hands-down one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed at (and we spend about 170 nights a year in nice hotels - for business and leisure). The staff was absolutely delightful in helping us with excursion suggestions, taxi and tour bookings etc. arranging for early snacks when we left before the breakfast time. Normally I never write a review because it sounds like advertising. However I have to break this norm due to the excellent and warm service I experienced in this hotel. We are a group of three from Hong Kong and stayed in Park Lane Hotel for two nights. Quite honestly we did not expect much seeing the boreholes on the street. Great location of the hotel. Modern rooms, DOC Station, good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and more. The hotel is in downtown area by pedestrian street with many people walking. Many different restaurant by the hotel with all types of cuisine. Very safely and quiet place. I would really recommend it.

The location is good. We had a room with a small balcony that allowed us to step outside. The room faced a small street with activity and restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store nearby. The curtains blocked daylight and the room was quiet.

Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and very pleasant. Some street noise during the afternoon but quiet during the night. Smart TV! No problems. I will be happy to stay here again.
