This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words.. Awesome place for a couple retreat, If you are looking to relax and have a great time connecting with nature let me tell you this is where you want to be ;) The hotel staff is great! The food was excellent we stay there for 3 4 days and had an unforgettable experience ;) highly recommend! The included breakfast buffet got plenty of local, organic and flavorful options ;)
