"We had unit #28 which has a kingsize bed, jacuzzi, balcony and in unit heating stove. The view was magnificent; and the wood burning stove is a whimsical touch. It’s close to everything (the town is very small to begin with). It’s very close to Cerro Calvario, which offers great views of the city, lake Titicaca and sunset. Because of the view, the property sits on a hill and requires climbing some stairs to get to the units but the view is worth it."

"The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there were many options. The gym was not a gym and should not be offered as a gym. There was no equipment apart from two treadmills. The pool and hot tub areas were dirty and not well kept. Another very bad point. Room service was excellent. My room was very clean, and the maids were very kind and did a wonderful job daily. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable for the most part."
