"I loved OSH! Such a good place for our stay in Cartagena. The staff is very welcoming and always attentive to your needs, shoutout to Santiago who worked the door and was always so welcoming and helped with any questions we had for the day. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay, try the Turkish eggs, they are a must. The 2 pools are great vibes and lively to enjoy a bit of chill time. Location of the hotel is excellent, positioned next to great spots to try like Dona Lola (my favorite meal there) and the historic center. You can walk to pretty much everything in 5-15 minutes. I’d highly recommend OSH hotel for your stay in Cartagena.
Also unrelated to the hotel but Cartagena is amazing, never felt unsafe, the level of cleanliness is extremely high also. "
"I really struggled with rating this hotel, cos I really wanted to like it the way I did prior to my stay. While this is still a decent hotel I felt it fell short in some key areas, especially with the quality of the linens. Bathroom towels look very tired, and bedsheets were visibly not in pristine condition to match hotel status.
Secondly, gym equipment can use an upgrade as some of the equipment were wobbly.
Breakfast was fairly decent. Majority of the staff were great with just a handful needing more training.
I’ll like to recognize Addy for being a professional and making the experience worth the while. Her bright smile, and attention to hotel guests was very impressive."
Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"First, it's extremely hot with the majority of public areas cooled by breezes only, do be prepared for that. AC works pretty well in the Suite. The food is extremely bland and lacking flavor. Salt is needed I felon just about everything. A hot shower in the room doesn't exist. Temperature isn't even warm. Sitting in lobby waiting for taxi be prepared to sweat. Just not for me."
