Check in personal need to speak English more slowly & deliberately. The character crew in the breakfast area in the morning were really fantastic, so kudos to the people inside the costumes, whose genuine friendliness as Mickey, Minnie, etc, bring so much joy to the children present & the parents too!
Although a faded rose, I would still recommend a visit, as it is close to the D Park, and although expensive, is worth to splash the cash and enjoy the stay, especially if you have kids with you!"

"I don't know why you guys(Experia) want me to write another review of Eaton HK, I wrote one before.This is like my 4th stay in like 2.5 years. Everything is fine at Eaton HK. Location is near everything. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy to get to. Clean room and comfortable bed. The only Con is the smaller room. If you're not a frequent traveler to HK. Most HK hotel have smaller room unlike in US. I personally love a small room, but that's me."
