"Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was nice! The property was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was great and our room was spectacular. “Get the swim up room!” The only issue we ran into was upon check in. Unfortunately, we missed our flight the day before but when we arrived we still had to wait in the lobby for 2+hrs. Head of systems up keep was very apologetic and did her best to expedite the wait time. The wait was very off putting because if we had arrived the day before as expected our room should have been ready!! So I found it quite ridiculous that we had to wait for a room that should have been cleared for occupancy the day prior!"

"Pay your employees a living wage. There needs to be a microwave in the room. Get centennial for the outdoor restaurant to get rid of bugs. The food was good and cooked with good favor. The restaurant was very clean. Since it is an outdoor venue centennial needs to be around the perimeter. There was a very nice ocean view and breeze. It's a very nice place the food and drinks are a little costly eventhough it was good."
