"Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. House cleaning came every day. We got new towels every day and toiletries in the bathroom were refilled every day. Staff were friendly. View from the breakfast room was beautiful. Location of the hotel is good."

"Pros: Good location, close to Telefonica and walkable to tourist areas. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, hot showers and heating. The hotel is modern. On the cons: the drains smelled a little in the bathroom, breakfast doesn’t begin until 7am which is too late for any day tours which all depart earlier than this (I stayed 3 nights and not once got to enjoy the breakfast I paid for), they do offer a breakfast bag to go but it is very basic. Also no free tea and coffee - most other hotels offer this 24/7."

"Clean rooms, nice soft bed the shower water was warm not hot. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, omelets, cereal, fruit, ham, cheese pancakes, rolls and muffins etc. Airport transportation was there waiting(contact them ahead of your arrival) and available every hour to return."

"El hotel es fantastico, el desayuno excelente, los servicios que brinda el hotel son un plus para el huésped. En general, el personal es atento y amable. Sin embargo, tuvimos problemas en el check in, la señorita que nos recibió indicó que no teníamos reservación. Se le indicó que la reservación se había hecho por Expedia y ella insistió en que no teníamos alguna. Cuando llamé a Expedia, nos dijo que, aunque el hotel estaba lleno, nos darían una habitación. Esta señorita parece no ser tan amable, lo cual es la excepción, pues el personal es atento y presto a ayudar al huésped."
