"Great staff, the hotel is clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. I did let them know that our room the second lock did not work, they immediately send someone to check on it and he let me know that it will be fixed the next day, however we were there for a week and it was never fixed. "
"We are just coming back having stayed 6 nights. Our room and the whole gigantic property was very clean, with a beautiful view, the amenities were never ending and all the staff was very nice. We were there during spring break which was a very busy time. They do seem to be understaffed everywhere. Drinks and food took a long time so just prepared for that. Concierge is helpful however they always only had 1 on so the phone was never answered if you called them. Would definitely recommend staying here."
"This hotel is great for families. Pool is nice size and beach access is beautiful. This is our 2nd time staying at resort, we had to come back.
Staff is friendly and security keeps things safe. Brisa cafe has lots of food options. Pricy!
