"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute walk to the Mosque and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were all very helpful and understanding. The reception team, in particular, were extremely supportive and welcoming—especially the shift manager, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They truly made our experience special. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina. - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah
- Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view.

I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4. "
