This is a great hotel for the price and conveniently located near shopping and dining. We stayed in a suite and they were kind enough to put a second bed in the living room. It was a comfortable stay overall.
I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.

Nicely decorated boutique hotel in Seoul. Arrived with a car and staff was nice and welcoming. Room was nicely and uniquely decorated. Room was somewhat dark so with all the lights on, it was quite dark. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Breakfast was great with good range of items. Staff was somewhat unwelcoming, may be because they have to work early in the morning? Friendly smiling face in the morning is better than a good scrambled egg! Anyway, I would definitely stay again.
