"We flew into AKL after midnight and just needed a place to sleep before our roadtrip and this hotel was excellent. This hotel is literally steps away from the international terminal which was excellent. Staff from check in until check out were friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and well-appointed, breakfast buffet was good quality and included a wide selection. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. "

"We booked a room with twin beds and were placed in a family room with a double and a bunk bed. The room was tiny. I cannot imagin how a familiy of four including luggage will manage. The bath room is also tiny and there is no shelf for toileteries. The price was also higher then comparable hotels near the airport. The shuttle bus is not free and return trip costs $13 per person.
The restaurant was great, good portion size and tasty.
But all in all we would not stay there again
