My Place Hotel - Bend, OR
"The property is very basic. No pool or restaurant. It is maintained and kept reasonably clean. It accepts dogs. It has a good location about a 5 minute walk to the Old Mill District. The price, relative to other nearby hotels, is good (though high)."

Motel 6 Bend, OR
"Pretty good for a short stop between Olympic National Park and Crater Lake National Park. Might be a good idea as well for a stop between Crater Lake and Mt Rainier."

Sunriver Resort
"What you don't know when booking with Expedia is the quality of the unit/room the resort will put you in. Because you don't book directly and through a second/third party you don't get what other guest receive when booking directly with the resort. They put us up in a "privately owned" room which was part of the "200" units. So the room or rooms will only be updated upon the owners responsibility. The room we stayed in smelled extremely bad, like a very old motel room. The carpet was so old, contributing to the smell. The handle on the bathroom faucet broke as soon as I turned on the water, the shower spout was broke so water was coming out all over. The fire place didn't work, so once the maintenance came to fix everything, though he couldn't work on the fireplace to get it fixed, by that night the room smelled like gas...so luckily my husband was able to turn off the gas to the fireplace. The TV was being pirated by someone so as we were watching a program it would all of sudden turn to Youtube, etc. we could see the name of the person and what they were watching. So we had to unplug everything and start over. This happened continually. We were so disappointed as this was the start of our 40th wedding anniversary trip. We have been to Sunriver probably over 15 times in our marriage and always loved it. The last time we stayed was at the resort, in a room by the river and the amenities in the room were amazing, NOT this time, not the same even in the room. SAD"

Days Inn by Wyndham Bend
"From the moment I walked into the office to check in, things started bad. I chose this property because of the hot tub, but it was shut down/out of order. The room was average. There were metal walls surrounding the base of the bed that I kept accidentally kicking and making a “gong” sound. Then when I went to take a shower before bed discovered that the pull to divert water to the shower head was gone, and the tub couldn’t even be plugged. The night front desk clerk was very apologetic, and got me a new room. Thankfully the shower worked, although worth noting that the shower head stayed on all the time, so you couldn’t take a bath if you wanted. Beyond that, the floors in the second room were sticky. No other amenities were used. I will not return here again."

Bend Inn & Suites
"Room smelled really clean. Good central location. Good price."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bend, OR
"The room was spotless and super comfy! The staff were so friendly and ready to lend a hand. Plus, breakfast was amazing, and we were thrilled they let our dog stay."

Red Lion Inn & Suites Deschutes River Bend
"Did not receive reserved room. Got queens instead of a king so they obviously gave our reserved room to someone who checked in before we arrived. Room was clean but smelled strongly like bleach."
