"Primarily booked this for its location near the people we are visiting. We got a room with big bed for three of us. The rooms look good and reasonable sized. Cleaning should be improved overall. The bed covers look a bit stained. Towels given are not soft. Bathrooms are old style where there is no shower separation, so anyone taking bath would wet all bathroom floor. "It’s relatively new property. At this time, the rooms, service, and staff are decent enough for the money. Certainly suggest this place for your business trip or vacation travel. "The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. "The Property was not neat and the kitchen was very limited with food. The Rooms had Cockroaches and was unable to sleep properly. Even the Kitchen was not available on demand. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel for family with kids."
