"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

House was very clean, equipped with basics, it was definitely nice to have AC in Europe. The only thing I wish were more pillows. It was overall a very comfortable stay."

"Brilliant location, for a short walk down into the old town, the shopping mall and train station on your doorstep for airport and Auschwitz travel, and lots of tram stops outside which we used for an event at the Tauron arena. Nice bar for drinks and good breakfast."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it’s not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "The hotel has an old world feel. The room interior was dated but well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good and daily maid service was a plus. Proximity to Old Town and the train to the airport made it very convenient."
