"As we visit this hotel every year at the same time we can judge what changes have been made. The staff were great as usual, the breakfast were really good but only having one coffee machine is not a great plan when you have so many people staying. The daily room cleaning is by request only now which previously has been done daily as standard. Looking forward to staying again next May 2027."

"This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. It was so quiet we struggled to get up before 9.00 each day. Really good comfort and warm as well (It was freezing outside). Highly recommended."

From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK. To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room.
