"Super hospitable, and very nice. Great location."

"I highly recommend this place for travellers in Hangzhou. The service is unmatched. Most staff speak English. They’re always available for help! It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food."

"Best hotel in Hangzhou. Great location for west lake touring "

"Very convenient location, excellent staff "

"Most beatiful hotel - even though most rooms are obstructed by tall trees (government requirement) to have views of West Lake, the 360 degree views are available at roof floor - a must in the evening when the whole Lake and distant city become enchanted. "

"Clean, and great service. Fantastic breakfast in the morning. Best room I have stayed in for a long time. "

"Unique cinematic design residence which is just 8 mins walk from the night market. Many instagrammable spots. I even get a free fresh fruit platter and free fridge consumption and free breakfast."

"friendly services "

"Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. "

"Good location to west lake."
