"Nice and comfortable hotel. It’s important to mention that the staff is super friendly and helpful, specially the lady at the breakfast area. "

"Breakfast was amazing, such a great spread! Our stay in Plovdiv was for our 25th wedding anniversary which we told the hotel and asked if we could pay for wine in our room and they provided complimentary prosecco, fruit and local pastries which was so kind. Requested hypoallergenic bedding (due to allergy) prior to arrival which wasn't there in our room which was a shame but the front desk staff did their best to accommodate us at short notice and did very well! The staff were very nice and...

"Lovely hotel in the old town. Fantastic rooms. Great and friendly people."

"Very nice and friendly smaller Hotel. Right between the Old Town and the Pedestrian and Roman areas. All within 5-10 minutes walk. You can drive before the hotel to drop luggage and it gets parked around the corner. Very clean, modern and friendly. Very helpful staff. Travel a lot - this was a positive highlight in hotels."

"perfect place and amazing breakfast!!!"

"Fantastic apartment 10 min to Plovdiv’s Main Street, 15 min to old town. Absolute gem. From the outside the building isn’t glamorous but it’s very safe and the apartment is plenty big for a family of 4, maybe even more if people sleep on the sofas on the living room. The shower works well but there’s no separate shower area or curtains so the owner provides a squeegee and slippers. The boiler is big so many people can shower in a near time. The owner is very communicative and flexible -...

"I stayed here only a few weeks ago for 4 days. When my travel plans changed and I decided to travel back through Plovdiv, I didn't even consider staying anywhere other than Bright House! I was delighted to return. Once again, Dimitar was the nicest, most accommodating, helpful, friendly, all around delightful representative! Once again, the apartment was immaculate, comfortable, spacious, and safe. The location is perfect. Thank you Bright House (and, especially, Dimitar!!!!). HIGHLY...

"Everything was great from the front desk to the atmosphere. The location was amazing right in middle of everything only a few minutes away from everything and the good thing is that everyone in town knows the Hotel so it's very easy to get around and ask. Very happy with the hotel will definitely be back. Thank you."
