"It is truly a small hotel, but very cozy, lovely, and clean, located in a great area. The front desk staff member—I don’t recall his name at the moment—was excellent; we have rarely seen someone so efficient at their job. We were truly impressed by how he strives to ensure your stay is comfortable, providing outstanding customer service."

"I can’t speak more highly of the Hyatt centric. Everything was clean, the staff super friendly and bi lingual. My husband got sick and they arranged for a doctor to come see him at the hotel. Everything was simply top notch and delicious food at the restaurant they have."

"This is an amazing, cute hidden gem within the colonia centroamerica area. The room is pretty spacious and perfect for a home away from home. It is comfortable with space for you to unpack and make it your own. The bathroom is clean and runs hot water as well. The kitchenette is efficient with a small fridge and handwash sink. No range but it's very close to local eateries so no problem. Check out Pollo Campero down the street and Clavo y Canela on the next street down. The park out front is...

"Excellent staff, amenities are great. Restaurants are clean, food is great, prices are fair, higher than the average Salvadorian restaurant. Close to many tourists areas, about one hour from beach La Libertad. Hotel is connected to Metro Centro mall via a pedestrian overpass. San Martin or Clavo y Canela are great places to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the mall."
