"Excellent location. Close to 2 bts stations. ‘Em sphere pool across the street, emporium mall close by too. Plenty of eateries in walking distance . Villa market and 7 eleven all in walking distance. Rooms are compact but well laid out. Lovely touches like the printed bathrobe and steam iron. Bathroom has a Japanese ewc which is always great. Haarn toiletries are a nice touch. All day breakfast was also great - but wish they had a Thai option as well. Looking forward to staying here again...

"Terminal 21 500 m turn right when leaving hotel.Soi cowboy same way . Massage places pretty much next door a maxi mart and 7/11 a few mins away. Bathroom in the room a fast filler and great size Fantastic city views and great staff Nice lobby bar And Kwan front desk Nina .a few names rememberd."

"Pops and I had a great stay at Park Plaza Bangkok SO 18. The staff were very attentive, the concierge Brian was excellent and their housekeeping crew caring for the job they perform. Breakfast daily is delicious, their massage therapist very professional. Will stay again. "

"We were two girl besties who spent two nights at Bangkok and we had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is really great with 7eleven, BTS (skytrain) and Terminal 21 (shopping mall) just around the corner. We greatly enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast. The room was huge! Really nice, great views and clean. I recommend this hotel warmly. "

"A 5 star boutique gem in the heart of the city with an excellent vibrant buzz. Could not fault the restaurant from breakfast to dinner, something for the whole family. The little ones had burgers and fish & chips UK/western style as they're still getting used to the Thai cuisine. While we explored the small but varied authentic Thai menu. I think their Tom Yum soup is the best I've ever had. I also suggest the Laab Tod, both vegetarian and pork versions."

"Staff is very friendly and assuring in ensuring comfort and security of the hotel of my family members (with children) with due consideration that it is within many "special" massage and bubble bath services and fills up the streets both day and night. Overall stay has been pleasant. It is situated in a very accessible location near to BTS and within walking distance to EmQuartier"

"This hotel is located on a popular hotel Soi. ( a Courtyard, Novotel and others). Two wonderful spas are just across the street ( no more than 3 minutes walk) It is around a 10 min walk to BTS, but in BKK , that’s what you do, you walk. I would not let that deter you. The staff was nice and attentive, Pop was especially helpful and kind. "
