"Clean and comfortable. Helpful and educated staff. Close to the city centre."

"Chambre propre, personnel aimable et aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, sans parler de la vue sur Santa Cruz."

"Very nice rooms, and central location. Restaurants are decent but could have a better range. Good breakfast."

"Very nice hotel close to all city attractions and very well welcomed by the team The hotel is clean and the room was correct Breakfast was good too "

"This is a refurbished "grand hotel" that has been restored to give the feel of the original construction with modern updates. It's clear that some fixtures were chosen for budget provisions. All in all it works. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. A major priority. The staff was very nice, like it seems everyone in algeria. The location is central and desirable to me for that reason."

"Habitaciones impecable, personal amable y atento a dar servicio a los huéspedes "

"Hôtel bien , pas vraiment un 5 étoile , propre , petit déjeuner très moyen, très bonne emplacement centre ville "

"Staff were amazin Unfortunately due to my disability was difficult for me me to use the stairs because no lift available and the building so old that I was struggling breathing due damp smell Overall all good"

"I greatly enjoyed my stay in this hotel as the staff were polite and provided an excellent service."

"Extremely disappointing experience. Cleanliness: Absolutely zero. Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black. Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed. Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection. Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it. I will definitely never stay here again."

"Scammers.... the booking and payment have been done online, when I arrived there they said that they did not receive any payment and I have to pay in cash. I showed them the receipt from Expedia but they did not care and they said they do not deal with Expedia at all!! Very aggressive reception,"

"Perfectly located and friendly staff"
