"Ideal location close to trains,buses and boats lovely restaurant next door, not long been redecorated and done up"

"The staff there were amazing. Very helpful , would go extramile especially in our case. We took a holdall with us and the padlock jammed. Couldn't get our clothes out to change , called the reception and within 2 minutes , the guy knocked on the door. Understanding our stuck up situation very quickly , got a handy- man with an appliance to cut through the lock! Viola saved our day"
