"This was a single night stay during our travels. The bed was awesome! Best sleep I had throughout our travels. The location was convenient for our travels. I was expecting a hot breakfast (included in stay) but it was a grab and go style; so that was disappointing. There were no other amenities included that I was made aware of. I thought there was to be complimentary miniature golf included in the stay but was informed it was a separate cost (the small mini golf course is on the same property as the hotel)."

"Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. It was such a wonderful and peaceful stay!! The cabin had everything anyone could possibly need to feel at home from the utensils and cookware to the snacks, bottled water and fresh towels. I have traveled and stayed at several places and I have to tell you this is one of my favorites! It is definitely a gem!! Thank you so much for welcoming me and for being such gracious hosts! I would also like to give a special thank you to Paige, 😊who was a pleasure to meet when she came to drop off extra supplies and checked to see if I needed more wood, etc. She was very sweet. I definitely will be returning. Thank you again for such an awesome stay!!🤗"

"My wife and I stumbled across this listing when searching for a weekend getaway, with natural beauty within reasonable distance of D.C. It was just over 2 hours distance to get there. We were very happy with these lodgings, were very comfortable and clean and the price was reasonable. The staff at the activity center were very friendly and helpful with check-in process and answering questions. The activity center also has an indoor pool, hot tub, and a small fitness room which is well maintained. No restaurant on site but several dining options nearby. We also found two different, nice hiking trails within a few minutes drive. Our apartment was large enough for four people, honestly we should have invited some friends to join us. Just a couple of minor details that could be improved: (1) the tap water has a slight unpleasant taste, so maybe advise guests to bring some containers which they can use to fill with the purified water available at the activity center. (2) The locking mechanisms of both the front and back doors of the unit are getting a bit worn, difficult to lock and unlock."
