"Great facilities, loved the thermal pools. Spa was excellent. Rooms were okay."

"When we pulled up to the Titanic House, I had a moment of doubt, but that was completely swept away by our wonderful host Yusuf who escorted us to our room which was so much bigger and more comfortable than anyplace we have stayed in Turkey so far. And we have stayed in a bunch of hotels! If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay which is super convenient to Hierapolis and the travertines, look no further. The breakfast was fantastic, the AC worked great, it was clean...five stars...

"Staff was so kind and adorable. I thank them all."

"Great dinner buffet "

"This was a great place to stay with our family of 6. Many things for the kids to play with or on. The hosts were incredibly kind and we were thankful to be there. "

"Çalışanların ilgisi ve deneyimi çok iyiydi. Ancak otelin geneli 2000 li yılların beş yıldızlı halinde kalmış durumda. Her şey eski ama tertemiz beş yıldız havuz miktarından dolayı verilmiş diye düşünüyorum genel alanlar oldukça temizdi ancak restaurant, yataklar, nevresimler, havlular eski ama temizdi. Çalışanların özeninden olsa gerek. Otel büyük bir alana kurulmuş, termal havuzu açık kapalı. Güzel kullanışlıydı. Açık havuzu güzel. Aşağıda sıpa merkezindeki kapalı havuzlar da iyiydi. Yemek...

"Very helpful staff. Good food. Good location. You get what you pay for in terms of amenities but it comes with top notch hospitality"

"very good breakfast and dinner service, enjoyed the thermal pools and swimming pool"

"I like most of the things except the breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was filled with cookies but nothing substantial."

"This is an older property and is good value for money. They have a few amenities that make it memorable - like a thermal pool and thermal water in the bathroom. It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. We pointed out some issues and they were very helpful in fixing it immediately. I needed to do laundry and the lady was very kind and even hung it out for me as we went out...

"This place exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff and great amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Great hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great location, very clean, wonderful meal"

"Wonderful and the staff is very helpful "

"Helt greit hotell, god mat. Rommene var helt ok men trenger muligens en modernisering."

"The best termal pools. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet."

"What a delight! It was our second time at this hotel, next time we’ll surely choose it again. Very spacious and clean rooms and a bouquet of flowers waiting on the night stand was a nice surprise. Also the staff is very helpful and accommodating."
