"Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, and the location is unbeatable for exploring Lower Manhattan and the WTC area. Would definitely stay here again."
"I enjoyed my stay and if I have to spend another night in NYC I would use this hotel again. I found it clean and conveniently located close to a subway entrance."
"Stayed here for business and pleasure. Great location to R/W train, WTC, and Battery Park. This time of yeah lower Manhattan had lower foot traffic then midtown, but using it as a base to grab a train to Time Square/Central Park was easy.
Rooms were spacious, hotel restaurant had great food and easy for a quick meal before heading out. Corner room with view of Trinity Church was also a pleasant experience."

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.
Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!
This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Romer's. We came in on the subway from JFK, and it was about 1 block walk from the subway station. We came to eat food and see the museums, and Hell's Kitchen is ground zero for foodies! We found great places to eat within a 15 minute walking distance. Two things we didn't prepare for. We came to NYC with practically no cash, as we had just come from a recent trip to Europe, where everything is cashless. Tips are still paid in cash in NYC in many...
The only problem I had was the staff complained when I brought Dunkin Donuts coffee from across the street into the lobby. I’m sorry but when I’m spending $4,000 for a trip I feel like I can get my coffee from anywhere I please They kept saying no outside food or drink
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The staff was amazing , wish I remembered the older gentleman’s name(40-50). He was very informative. It was walking distance to a lot of places were attending, concert at Madison Square Garden and The Empire State Building, and not too far from Times Square.
Usually, hotels for this price point in NYC aren't the greatest. While, yes, this was small, it was surely mighty. great value, clean, safe. Highly recommend
Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!
It was a great hotel which was run by the great group of people. As the building was a bit old, it was easily offset by the great service and overall experience at this hotel. Room was clean yet very spacious and quiet. Large desk allowed us to eat lunch/dinner with a plenty room to spare. Small in-room refrigerator and microwave at the dinning area provided us a good food option. Bathroom was also spacious and plenty of hot water to made us relax. If the room had additional chair, that would be...
