"From the moment we entered the hotel, Glenn acknowledged us, even while assisting another customer—which immediately stood out. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions with professionalism and care.
This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced in the South. With my OCD, cleanliness is very important to me, and I can honestly say I did not feel the need to clean anything myself—which is rare.
