"Great place to stay in the heart of downtown Memphis! Carpets are worn and need replacing but that’s it. No other complaints. Staff is absolutely amazing. Helpful and friendly as well as prompt to keep their promises and fulfill your requests. It definitely has that 1930s charm but with updated finishes. The rooftop deck is to die for so be sure and check it out. I’ve stayed there multiple times over the last few months and will again soon!"

"Our stay was quite pleasant, considering the circumstances of why we were there (our granddaughter was airlifted to St. Jude and was dying). The staff were excellent, friendly, warm and welcoming.
