"Room is clean. Staff is kind. It is NOISY. It is loud outside. The hallways are loud, and people were walking up and down talking and get food and drink from the breakfast room when they arrived at 11:30pm waking us all up. The first night, a couple upstairs was fighting on and off until 1 am but couldn’t be heard from the hall so nothing was done in either instance.
