"I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a very sad rundown motel, the room was tiny and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall and the bathroom door couldn't close. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle, there was not even a paper cup to get a cup of water! The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two very flat pillows. "I stayed here on a business trip, my first time there. The room had been recently renovated, everything is new. Everything worked perfectly. Nice quiet location just outside Chatham. The owner was very kind to accommodate my special request for parking. Room is not large but was certainly enough space. Fridge and microwave in the room were certainly appreciated. "great breakfast, great staff. room has wall paper peeling off walls, wear marks, many signs there hasn't been a full refresh in awhile. good water pressure in the shower. the bed was OK. not great but not terrible. decent stay, though somewhat overpriced compared to other similar hotels nearby."
