It was a wonderful experience to stay there! The staff who welcomed us were all very nice and polite, including the (very helpful after a long day) transportation service members from Petra to the Luxury Camp. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we could tell that even small details of the room were very well taken care (e.g. bed linens, welcome coffee set, and how they are neatly arranged). The Bedouin traditional music with simple set of instruments was excellent around the fireplace...

Check-in was a breeze and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations: very clean, comfortable bed, great location with dinning options, bakery and ATM super close by.
