It was a wonderful experience to stay there! The staff who welcomed us were all very nice and polite, including the (very helpful after a long day) transportation service members from Petra to the Luxury Camp.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and we could tell that even small details of the room were very well taken care (e.g. bed linens, welcome coffee set, and how they are neatly arranged).

This is the hotel to stay at for Petra, as it can't be closer to the Visitor Center and entrance to the world heritage site. You literally walk across the street to start your walk to the Petra site. The hotel itself has very friendly and helpful staff - in particular Mohammad Kasbah was extremely patient and helpful in coordinating some tricky transfers to/from Amman and Wadi Rum. Our kids enjoyed the pool prior to our late checkout, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and we...
The hotel was very accommodating which made my trip to Petra amazing. They explained how to enjoy the area to the fullest based on my interests. They fixed any issues with the hotel room immediately. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, they were quick to find me reasonably priced transportation. I would definitely stay with them again.

Parking was very easy, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to an area with lots of restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center. Clean and comfortable. Good value for your money. The best part was the staff. So nice and they gave us a great restaurant recommendation!
It’s a good place, modest but very clean. Friendly staff, great value for the money. The only problem is that hot water is limited from 5-9am and then 4:30-11pm. Other than that all perfect.
Staff at the property were very kind, went above & beyond for us. From letting us use their personal phones to make calls when our didnt work, to giving us a ride to the store in their personal vehicle to get things without charge.
