"The staff were really friendly and helpful when we asked questions, especially since it was our first time in Nha Trang. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. They cleaned our room every day. There is a pool on the 17th floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the beach. It’s conveniently within walking distance to the beach, and the area is very quiet and pleasant. "このホテルも他と同様、ロシア人だらけでした。ホテルズドットコムを経由して予約しました。ツアー客が多く、個人の予約管理に不慣れなのか、チェックイン時に、確認のため、ホテルズドットコムから私宛に送られてきたメールを、ホテル側に転送するようにと言われました。ホテルズドットコムから、そちらに連絡がいってないの？と聞くものの、あいまいな返答。 さらに、予約したサイズの部屋が空いていないと。この点は、よりグレードのいい部屋に変更してくれたので、ラッキーと言えばそうなのですが、先方のミスにも関わらず、「変更してあげるよ」という若干横柄な態度。こういった対応で、チェックイン早々、少し嫌な気分になりました。 部屋は高層階の角部屋で見晴らしがよかったです。 １階のプールは長さ10mほどでしょうか。小さいし、壁に囲まれ、あまり気持ちのいいスペースではないです。 朝食はバラエティーに富んで楽しめました。"

"Good little hotel right at the Southern end of Nha Trang beach. NOT at the Northern end where Hotels.com have it on their map. A difference of at least 3 kilometres that we had to walk in 30C+. Not the hotel’s fault &, hopefully, will now be rectified. Rooms were pretty spacious, good value and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and gave me a very quiet room as requested. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, with a staffed pho and eggs station, that I hadn’t expected. ...
