"Very helpful and kind staff. "

"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as...

"Atika, the host, she’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city, she’s like elder sister who takes good care of me and friend. We were the only guest there during the stay, we enjoyed the riad and her company. "

The attention to detail and a quality of craftsmanship in both rooms and public spaces is outstanding; the level of cleanliness is superb. I travel frequently and the kindness and courtesy of the multilingual staff is unsurpassed : I have never experienced better hospitality. "We visited in the last week of August as a family vacation (4). Riad Letchina was a beautiful experience, from the service to the food and the exquisite architecture. Totally recommend the in house cooking by Fatema, absolutely delicious. "

"We loved our stay at Jardin. The staff were kind, warm and professional. Youseff, at front desk was helpful and accommodating. Our breakfast servers were always smiling and happy to serve. The meals were delicious, including dinners. Our room was bright and spacious and the bed so comfortable. The property was conveniently located in the medina and was on a quiet street. Thank you again for your hospitality. "

"Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk to the old market and the university. The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk from where a taxi would drop you off. Definitely worth returning for the experience and exceptional...
