Absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel is "posh", very high end. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We only had drinks at the 9th floor bar. The bar was excellent! Great view of the harbor and the 2 free drink tokens were greatly appreciated. The location was amazing (close to restaurants and the Island View Casino). Minor concerns: our shower pressure was low and we had trouble locating unused outlets to charge our electronics.

What an amazing and stately hotel! We truly enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The rooms are smaller but well appointed and they made great use of the space. If you know the history of the hotel you can see why the rooms are smaller. The bar and lounge area is quite nice and Cora’s restaurant has a very reasonably priced cooked to order breakfast. Rooms are very spacious. The amenities are great. The beach access is so convenient especially traveling with kids, easy walk, and very close to the water. The kids loved having the beach and pool so close together. Very clean, and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

The people that worked there. Friends came to help bury my dad. The hotel was our bastion from chaos. The facility helped the fellas take care of me. U had to be there.

We waited 30 minutes to get on elevator to go upstairs and at least that to come back downstairs.

This hotel is very family friendly with a great water park and arcade , arcade can get expensive! Rooms are great however they don’t have microwaves

Hotel Staff were very attentive to a complaint I had with my room the first night. Ms. Cassie called me immediately to rectify the issue, and stated that we could change rooms. Upon going to the Front Desk for the room change, Mr. Justin immediately greeted me and stated that he had my new room ready. Hotel was immaculate and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the glass wall in the shower that was also the wall next to the bedroom. When someone e turns on the bathroom lighting the ksw of the night, the bedroom is lit up brightly!
