"Good location, friendly staff and nice hotel in general"

"Great hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof München. I loved that they had a locker for your luggage to use after checkout which was very convenient. They also gave a complimentary bottle of water and free Nespresso coffee. Additionally some sweet pastries were available in the lobby too. There were a lot of little details which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you "

"Love the decor, and the breakfast buffet was spectacular! Very clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that we could not cast movies onto the tv from our phone and there was no option for English tv channels, So if you’re an English-speaking visitor who likes to relax before bed with tv entertainment, that won’t be possible here. The staff said they used to have Comcast, but people stole the dongles (I don’t blame them for not replacing them!). Otherwise, it was a great stay!"

"shared kitchen with snacks / water is a great amenity. Also laundry onsite. We previously stayed in Stay Kooook in Switzerland and this one in Munich did not disappoint. Wish they had these in every city we visit!"
