"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking for extra wood we were yelled at that it was to late etc and the weather was 2 degrees. If you walked around the property you were followed by the older man only for him to yell. The breakfast was horrible! Eggs were just yellow water. For us we wouldnt stay at this property again! Just because of the extra charges and the older man. "
