Staff for check in is abundant and helps with “Japanese” service. We stayed in a Japanese-Western combo room which was well updated and spacious for family of 5. 2 different big baths in annex which were both updated and nice!
Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath.
The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.
I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved this place.
Yes, the insides are a little dated and the feel of it is very rural. But the employees there are amazing and very helpful. The rooms themselves were extremely clean.
The local bus line to all of touristy stuff around the area is 50 yards out the front door of the hotel. The Dino Diner and the breakfast spot next to it are just around the corner and have amazing food. There is a large park next to the bus stop and a scenic...
First time ever in Japan for both myself and my fiancé, this hotel has Amazing staff, friendly and helped us call taxis and get around. Breakfast was so good, we did western and loved it. There was a view of Mt.Fuji from our room. The amenities in the room and the open air bath were endless. Great town for seeing real Japan. Fun places to visit close by. Few blocks from the amusement park. The in hotel restaurant was great food and great prices. The open air bath was super relaxing and so much...
Hotel is located about 2km from Fuji Station and had fabulous views of Mt Fuji from your room. The hotel has numerous dining choice right next to the hotel (in a .5km radius)
The 24hr hotel staff is friendly, efficient, and speak English very well. They eagarly helped us out with every request and question we had.
Good price for what you get at a little less than 10,000YEN. Our double room with two beds was a very good size with all the amenities you will need for your trip: slippers,...
The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There were many options for breakfast and it was started promptly exactly on time. The facility was completely adequate and the room was nice and tidy. I thought it was a fun touch that in the rooms they have prints that are inspired by traditional Japanese fabric prints. They also have ones of that same series in the hallways in the ground floor. They have little QR codes next to them so you can learn about the original fabric prints. I also...
This was my first trip to Japan, I had to make some last minute itinerary changes and came upon Dormy Hot Springs. The room was a little smaller than I expected - by traveling solo I needed a clean comfortable space, this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful to an American who spoke no Japanese. The breakfast buffet was exceptional plus to the stay.
Great view of Mt. Fuji and the lake. Make sure to get rooms with lake/mountain view. Convienent to the bus line. Frienly staff. Just be patient if you don’t speak Japanese.
