"Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all."

"The hotel is new and is very attractive for families with the waterpark. The room was very clean and had an amazing view, but I was unpleasantly surprised how uncomfortable the bed was. For the cost, I expected luxury pillowtop mattresses. The only other surprise was how long it took to check-in, and my kids were upset because all they wanted was to get into the waterpark. With 1600 rooms, I would have expected more staff at the front desks."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been satisfied each time. However, this time was different because they seemed to be understaffed due to the fact that the garbage sat near the elevator the entire week that we were there. We reported to the front desk and they said they would send someone to pick it up but no one picked it up. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast but by 8am most of the trays are empty and we have to ask the staff if they will refill them. There’s inconsistency with room cleaning. On Wednesday we left our room a little after 10am, so our room didn’t get cleaned. My husband went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and they told him that they would send a worker to our room. When the gal brought us the towels we told her that we also needed wash clothes and she said that she wasn’t told that we needed the wash clothes. Then she said that she needed to walk to the other side of the hotel to get the wash clothes but she never came back. On Thursday night we went to the front desk to arrange for a shuttle ride to the train station and the guy that helped us out wrote the info down on a piece of paper but on Friday morning the gal at the front desk couldn’t find the info. Luckily we still got a ride but the staff seemed unorganized this time around."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bahia Resort. The rooms were spacious, the cleaning staff came through every day, the restaurants were exceptional, and the property was very well maintained. The only downside was that for a few days there was a distinct smell of pot from our neighbors. It was not the resorts"
