Very trendy and modern. I especially liked the traditional robes and belts, the Edison bulbs and writing on the mirrors. I enjoyed my stay and would return
Our family of 6 enjoyed Vessel Inn Fukuyama Station, It was a very convenient location for our Japan family members to come and visit us, too. I am especially thankful the location is next to the stunning Fukuyama Castle where we were able to visit and enjoyed the cool activities of a time when feudal lords ruled the land. Fukuyama Station is so wonderfully calm for the most part in comparison to the larger city train stations.
The breakfast buffet was great! Thank you very much to the...
The award-winning vegan restaurant (with some non-vegan items also offered) is some of the best, reason alone to consider the stay. Proximity to the station with city and park views available is another for those travelling by JR or highway bus. The staff were excellent, the rooms and amenities are fine. Thanks for a wonderful business-class stay.
We spent one night here in early January. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly walked us through check-in procedures.
The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The tatamis were comfortable. The unique Japanese style bath was great. One thing to note: the private bath and toilet are downstairs from the room. This wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting.
Dormy Inn is the hidden gem for foreigners looking for affordable hotel stays with luxury amenities. They have onsens, delicious local juice, coffee, ice cream, and noodle soups (time dependent) all included for guests. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
I really enjoyed this hotel. It is older and has tatami rooms - they were a great price and had the most amazing view. i strongly recommend using this hotel and hope you can enjoy looking at the beautiful scenery.
The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us.
The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry...
Such a great hotel! Right across from train station, express bus stop, and port for ferry to Naoshima. Our room (two twins) was gorgeous, very comfortable, nice shower, separate tpiletrppm, sink in main part of room. TV allowed access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Our reservation included access to the neighboring onsen, which had both indoor and outdoor pools. Our reservation also onuded breakfast, which was DELICIOUS. A flight of freshly made juices (orange, lemonade, tomato & red pepper, spinach and...
