Zorbas Volissos Apartments Chios
10/10 Excellent
"This cute landscaped property on the hill is lovely for those seeking a quiet local experience. A 5 minute walk takes you to a beautiful quiet, almost empty beach where the pure clear water allows you to see flawlessly down to the bottom. We had 3 rooms all overlooking the sea. The rooms are quaint giving off a summer feel as they should. There aren't many stores and a car is kind of necessary to reach this part of the island. So if you are looking for crowds and endless stores, bar, restaurants you won't find them but we ate at Kavos two nights in a row and the family owned restaurant didn't disappoint. Nice freshly made dishes giving you a beautiful authetic experience of Greek food. If you are looking for a quiet laid back place to unwind that gives you the local Greek experience I would recommend Zorbas. When I need some quiet I plan to go back again."
