"The carpet smells like mold or mildew. There are no outlets on the walls in the room, only the restroom. The outlets and charging outlets on the lamp and side tables next to the bed doesn’t work at all or takes HOURS to barely have a charge at all. So that made life hard cause my alarm didn’t go off cause my phone didn’t charge at all. I didn’t make it to my appointment today. It would also be nice to have a variety of coffee creamer available."

"Staff is always friendly and helpful. The room I was in wasn't really cleaned, the trash in the bathroom wasn't taken out and the whole bathroom wasn't cleaned. The blinds had some kind of juice or soda stains on them. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay."
