She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. One of the most beautiful places in the world. We couldn't believe where we landed when we decided to stay in the Dolomites on the way from Salzburg to Vienna. Dario and Family/staff were beyond accommodating and went above and way beyond to make our short stay one of the best stays of our three week tour. Lovely.
It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how well they took care of us. However, I would warn other guests not to underestimate the Passo Della Mauria on the way into Forni di Sopra, especially in the winter.
The town of Forni Di Sopra is a beautiful setting. The hotel is on the edge of town by the ski hill. In the summer the ski hill has activities for kids and families. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the center of town. Excellent location for hiking in the area. Our room was well kept and everything in the hotel is very clean. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. She took us to our room and was clearly proud of the hotel and what it offered. The hotel construction, furnishings and décor reminded us of stays we have had in castles and manors. Warm and inviting rooms, and the amenities were like those provided by much more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.
Hotel Serena was a wonderful place to stay! It’s located about 40 minutes from Rifugio Auronzo, making it a great location for starting the Tre Cime/Cadini di Misurina hike.

The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice breakfast was provided and dinner can be purchased on-site. The accommodations were clean. There is parking on site and the area around is walkable.
Super nice host family. Really good breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed here to ski at Nassfeld for the weekend - about 20 minutes drive from the mountain. A little far from the action of Nassfeld, but worth it for the price & value. Thank you!

Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent.
