"This is a fantastic hotel, well worth a stay. I stayed here on a solo vacation but this hotel is in a perfect location for a romantic getaway, just outside of the sleepy Lake Como town of Bellano and a short train ride away from the busier town of Varenna, where there is a ferry to other towns on the lake. I splurged on a lake-view room, which definitely enhanced my stay. The bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Breakfast was very good with a lot of sweet and savory choices laid out by Francesco. There is a small parking area if you are driving in, as I was. Matteo at the front desk was quite helpful, giving me suggestions for a route that allowed me to visit some small towns above Bellano and do some hiking to fantastic lake views. If you are looking for a quite place to stay with a lot of Italian charm, then you will love this hotel."

Le logement est magnifique : les chambres sont neuves, impeccablement propres et très bien équipées. Tout est pensé avec soin pour assurer un séjour confortable et agréable. Beaucoup de propreté, d’ordre et d’attention aux détails. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. "Should you wish to stay in Colico Lake como you would not go wrong with staying here . As we entered the property we new straight away we would be safe and was not wrong over the stay . On check in the staff where simply amazing ,helpful wanting to make sure your stay starts well and you are comfortable on being shown the room was exceptionally clean and every thing you need for your stay ,coffee machine ,fridge ,ample place for storage bedding so soft and comfy. You then see the view out onto the lake with the harbour below and also a view of the pool. I can only say from a personal point of view this was such an amazing place to stay and it comes down to having a great place but most importantly staff that want to help you as a person not just another client passing through to get out the way and next one in. I would be very proud as an owner to have staff working for me and such a credit to the company . Thanks Darren Kingsnorth and Family"
