"We had a great time at Pension Hubertus in Zell am Zee. The property is really well located within the town; you're right across from one of the Seilbahns and everything is within easy walking distance. The breakfast was great and the staff really made an effort to reach out. Perhaps the nicest feature was the Sommerkarte, which we used to access bus rides and Seilbahn rides in both Kaprun and Zell am See."

Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. "The young woman who ran the desk was great. Really helpful. HOWEVER the check-in is self service and the email I received was in German. I don’t read German while we were attempting to get in the hotel 2 other couples came up with the same problem. Happily the young lady came to work early and got things settle Also the breakfast was very good and the lady that ran it was friendly and helpful "

"Overall the apartment was great: nicely kitted out with separate living area from bedrooms. It is centrally located so not in a quiet area but very convenient too (5 mins to nearest lift, station, bus stop). Only issue I had was getting a broken key card on arrival."

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."
