"We chose a beautiful suite with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. We were delighted to discover the suite is nicer than the pictures on the hotel’s website. The breakfast facility is very good, with many stations of freshly prepared food to accommodate Western and Asian tastes. The grounds are well tended and the pool is spectacular. Staff is top-notch. "I was there in the off season . Not very tourist friendly "

"Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. My friend arriving with me experienced the same issue....
