"Staff was very friendly. Rooms were older, but well maintained, not lavish, but practical. On site laundry was convenient and reasonably priced. Although we didn't have time, there was a fire pit where Smores were served during the evening. A fun chance to meet your fellow travelers. Motel is out in the country with the nearest town being Bridgeport 5 miles away. Another motel (smaller) and restaurant were across the street. Motel was very convenient for our visit to Bodie ghost town."

"Absolutely loved my stay at the Bodie Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and so well cared for. I was super comfortable and had everything I needed. Jeff & Jo were wonderful hosts - Jeff found out I was staying plants and showed me the hops vine our back and pointed me in the direction of the most incredible hot springs I've ever been to! Perfect spot for a rest in this area. Enjoy! "
